Diane Evans is an experienced and committed HR professional who has in excess of 15 years experience in senior HR roles across a diverse range of industries. With her work experience she thought she was ready for any curve balls motherhood could serve – after all she was used to dealing with conflict, chaos and the odd tantrum!

A mother of three, Alannah 7, Kyle 5, and Blake 2, Diane has recently experienced firsthand combining full-time and part-time work with motherhood before making the decision to transition into her own business Fuze Solutions.

The roller-coaster ride of juggling full time work, part time work and now her own consulting business whilst raising three small children inspired her to compile a book of stories so mothers could share others’ insights and experiences.

In 2007, Diane co-authored a book with her sister Sharon. Their book Mother Who? profiles the insights and experiences of a diverse group of working mums.

Diane Evans is the Managing Director of Fuze Solutions, who deliver Return to Work Seminars for mothers along with other flexibility solutions for individuals and workplaces.
