Sharon has worked for over 15 years as a marketing management consultant in brand/category development nationally and overseas. Over the last 6 years she has created her own business focusing on new product development, co-authored a book with her sister, and started a publishing company. Sharon is relatively new to the career/mum juggling act. The fact that each day throws out a new challenge certainly keeps it feeling ‘fresh’.

When her daughter was just 8 weeks old, they packed bags and passports and headed overseas on the first of numerous work trips. The addition of her son 18months later certainly proved that yet again time was not going to standstill for work and life commitments.

For Sharon, the opportunity to work with her sister Diane on compiling Mother Who? has been both wonderful and reassuring. As the mother of two the experience was rewarding and the result is further collaboration in the area of diversity and career resilience and the development of additional publishing opportunities.
