  1. I brought this book to broaden my family’s menu. All I can say is WOW an instant hit with my kids as the receipies are full of flavour and they have been able to get in a help make each dish. New family faviorate is oven chicken pasta on page 73 followed by my personal faviorate Walnut and minced date cakes page 139.

  2. I love middle eastern flavours and Robert’s book showcases them beautifully. I made the Oven Omelette and it turned out sensational. I’d recommend serving it on grilled bread and with a simple tomato, fetta and red onion salad on the side.

  3. I found this easy to follow – nice, uncluttered pages. Delicious, healthy food. Ingredients are easy to find. I love the old family photographs!
