Praise for the series:
… a tour de force both in its vivid descriptions of warts-and-all Vanuatu and its ability to suck the reader into the frustrating investigation of its likeable detective. A thoroughly enjoyable read. – Colin Cotterill, best-selling crime fiction author
I was really intrigued because the place setting is an integral “character” of the book. – Emily Webb, best-selling author.

Sergeant George Long and Constable Jayline Oli are back again in the third instalment of the “Murder in the Pacific” Series where they travel to George’s hometown of Santo to investigate a sexual encounter by a religious leader when they happen to come across a body on Champagne Beach which they in turn have to investigate.
How Lovely to be back in Vanuatu again with Officers George and Joline for another Thrilling Mystery to Solve. Yet another Fabulous Story in this Captivating Series that I highly recommend and was Thrilled to learn that the first book in this series won the Ned Kelly Award for Best Debut Crime Fiction. Well deserved.
I was Immersed and Transported to the Idyllic Santo Island where the Author’s Knowledge and Credibility was a great resource for the setting of the series.
The Investigative Reporting was once again Informative and Meticulous along with the quick chapters that had me turning the pages quickly and thoroughly.
I Relish the well thought out characters and always enjoy obtaining new information about them in each series of their personal developments in their lives.
Highly recommend!!
